If you've received a communication that appears to come from Vaultolio,
Hedgestone Business Advisors, or Dominic Dominguez that you believe is spam, phishing,
impersonation, or otherwise inappropriate, please report it. We take abuse
reports seriously and respond within two business days.
How to report
Email us at dominic.dominguez@hedgestone.com
with as much of the following as you can:
- What you received — the full message, including headers
if it was an email (forward as an attachment if possible)
- When you received it — date and time
- How it reached you — email, SMS, web form, social media, other
- What you'd like us to do — remove your contact info,
investigate sender, take down content, etc.
What we report on
- Unsolicited email or SMS — including messages that don't
match what you signed up for. To unsubscribe immediately, use the link
in the email footer or reply STOP to a text message.
- Phishing — messages that pretend to be from us but ask
for credentials, payment, or wire-transfer instructions. We will never
ask you for passwords or wire money on first contact.
- Impersonation — communications using our name, brand,
or broker license number from sources we don't control.
- Site abuse — automated scraping, vulnerability
probing, or other misuse of vaultolio.com.
- Listing or content issues — content on this Site or in
our communications that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates a
third-party right.
If you're a recipient of marketing email
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in
the footer. Use it for the fastest removal. If the unsubscribe link is
broken or you continue to receive email after using it, that is itself
a bug we want to know about — please tell us.
